By accessing or using the Kuuply platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Kuuply provides a cloud-based rental management platform that includes booking management, inventory tracking, invoicing, and an online storefront. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, reverse-engineer the platform, upload harmful code, or violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Paid plans and pricing details will be published separately. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your payment method on the applicable billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
The Kuuply platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Koodininja OÜ and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your own data uploaded to the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kuuply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
We may modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
